Just added Canyon County’s places to play on to the Outdoor Places to Play map.

Now we’re up to 22 places to play in the Treasure Valley!

Please Note: Court #16 is actually located at Reta Huskey Park–not Keith Bird Legacy Park, and the address is 2887 Tubac  Drive, Meridian, ID 83646. It is located in the Bellano Creek subdivision east of Ten Mile, north of Ustick along Five Mile Creek. Map will be corrected by mid-April. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Yes, it’s too cold and snowy right now, but spring is just three months away…

The new map on the Outdoor Places to Play page has been updated with even more outdoor places to play our favorite game once the weather warms up.

Homecourt Winter Break Schedule

Homecourt hours – during holidays:
Sunday, December 24th (Christmas Eve) 
Open at 10:00 am and close at 2:00 pm
Monday, December 25th (Christmas Day) 
Closed all day.
Friday, December 29th 
NO Pickleball (basketball tournament from 7:00 am to 10:30 pm)
Saturday, December 30th   
NO Pickleball (basketball tournament from 7:00 am to 10:30 pm)
Sunday, December 31st (New Year’s Eve) 
Open at 10:00 am and close at 5:00 pm.
Monday, January 1st (New Year’s Day) 
Open at 10:00 am and close at 10:00 pm  (YMCA closes at 6:00pm)

New Homecourt Pickleball Schedules and Formats

1) Open play will be Monday – Friday from 7:00am-12:00pm.
  • We will keep the extra hour in the morning to help alleviate crowding during peak times.
2) Basketball court #1 will consist of 3 nets and will be recommended for advanced players.
  • The rotation on 2 of the nets will be ‘winners stay and split’.
  • One net will be a challenge court in which winners stay until defeated. This will create the competitive atmosphere many advanced players desire.
3) Basketball court # 2 will consists of 3 nets and will be recommended for intermediate players.
  • The rotation on all 3 nets will be play 2 straight games and rotate off until it is your turn to play again.
4) Basketball court # 3 will consists of 3 nets and will be recommended for beginner/novice players.
  • The rotation on all 3 nets will be play 2 straight games and rotate off until it is your turn to play again.
5) Ladder leagues will remain on Tuesday and Thursday from 11:30am-1:30pm. 
  • This will also create a more competitive experience for those looking for that element.
