Wall drills are good for…

  • incorporating into your warm up,
  • working on specific skills and shots,
  • getting 7 -10 the number of touches on the ball than during a game,
  • improving your hand-eye coordination,
  • creating muscle memory to keep your paddle up and in front of you, and
  • achieving a better ‘touch’ for the ball.
