BAPA OUTDOOR ORGANIZED PLAYERS SERIES

3.5 Mixed Round Robin

Players will be randomly mixed with other players for each game. 

All games to 11, win by 2. 

Registration opens on July 27 for BAPA members and August 3 for non-members. Registration closes August 15. (Only event organizers are pre-registered for event.)

Registration is limited to 18 players. 

Pre-registration and pre-payment is required.

The cost to register is $5 for BAPA members or $10 for non-members, which covers the rental cost, balls, and bank card processing fees.

There are NO REFUNDS, but please cancel (if you need) so others may play and for good round robin rotations. A wait list will be maintained in case of cancellations.

Event will not be reschedule if canceled for inclement weather. And no refunds will be issued due top cancellation. 

Format for this event:

Arrive at 8:00 AM to check in and warm up. Play begins at 8:15 AM.

You will play a minimum of 6 games, each with a different partner. Some players may have more than one bye-rounds.

Event organizer is James Rhodes, and he is the first player.
